Chalkpit Cassette Club – Orders & Exclusives

🌍 UK & International Orders

  • All orders are processed in the UK and shipped worldwide.

  • Every cassette is carefully packaged to arrive safely.

🇬🇧 UK Customers

  • Orders ship directly from the UK.

  • Typical delivery: 3–5 working days.

🇪🇺 EU Customers

  • As of March 2026, all new EU orders are ship from UK with Sales VAT Paid at Checkout by customer.

  • This means no customs duties or import taxes on arrival as we have our own IOSS Number to handle VAT Payments for customers.

  • This means more efficient and quicker delivery times and less hassle for our EU Customers (Finally!!!)

🇺🇸 USA Customers

  • We’re pleased to confirm we ship to the USA.

  • Cassettes are officially tariff free – no hidden fees or surprise customs charges when ordering with us.

  • Order with confidence knowing your package will arrive hassle-free, and no extra charges after checkout.

  • Typical fulfilment time: 3–7 working days. / Delivery Times: 7-14 Days

Next Wave Cassette Magazine – Subscriptions

🇬🇧 UK & USA AND Non-EU Customers

  • Continue to enjoy monthly deliveries of Next Wave Cassette Magazine.

  • Subscription options: 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months.

  • Each parcel includes the latest volume straight to your door.

🇪🇺 EU Customers

To make subscriptions affordable and free from customs charges:

  • We’ve introduced a new 3-month EU subscription plan.

  • Instead of monthly parcels, you’ll receive a shipment every 3 months containing the latest 3 volumes together.

  • All orders will experience - no hidden fees or import taxes.

🕒 Processing & Tracking

  • UK orders: 3–5 working days.

  • EU magazine subscriptions: Shipped every 3 months.

  • Rest of World: Delivery times vary by postal services

  • We’ll always email you when your order has been dispatched, however our basic shipping offering doesn’t always include tracking - if you would like tracking service pleas e-mail us and we can provide you with additional cost option.
